Demo footage shows a player entering the shop and using its haircut feature. What the demo appears to show
The notable point is that this was visible in a playable demo, rather than being only a requested feature or a speculative datamine. The walkthrough shows a player entering Dalaran’s barbershop and using the appearance-change feature. It is a useful quality-of-life detail for a game built around spending a long time with one character.
That observation should be kept in proportion, though. Blizzard has not published a detailed barbershop feature specification in the panel material we have reviewed. We do not yet have an official list of available options, the in-game cost, whether services will appear in other cities, or confirmation that every element shown in the demo will ship unchanged.
What remains unannounced
